This treatment is designed for dogs and cats who are shedders. The brushing technique and specialized FURminator tool eliminate the undercoat of cats and dogs and reduce shedding by 60-80% after the first visit! Recommended every 4-6 weeks, the FURminator treatment has increased pet happiness and owner satisfaction over traditional bathing and brushing. The logic behind FURminator Shed-less Treatment is simple — the more hair you remove from your pet, the less hair you have to remove from your clothes, couch, floor, carpets, car, and home.
Typical pet-grooming systems merely wash and comb your pet's hair without addressing the underlying problem, which literally, IS the underlying problem: your pet's undercoat. Your pet's undercoat can become a mass of loose, dead hair, and the major source of shedding. The FURminator was designed to grab and remove — not cut but remove — undercoat hair quickly and easily. Neither the specialized tool nor the process hurts your pet, and the all-natural de-Shedding Shampoo and de-Shedding Solution are great for promoting healthy skin and coat on your pet!

This service is designed for those owners who want their pet's nails filed to save their floors from being scratched or for those pets that have a difficult time walking on slippery or hardwood floors. Moisturizing the pads of the feet allows more "grip" on slippery surfaces. Filing nails should prevent injury when your pet jumps on your leg. (Note: Nail trimming is included with each groom, but you must request if you’d like the Paw Spaw service of filing and conditioning the pads.)

Has your pet lost that sparkling smile? As part of our commitment service, we offer surface tooth brushing in the grooming salon. We use an enzymatic toothpaste and individualized brushes for your pet. Our toothbrushes are disposable to ensure your pet's dental care is always hygienic and healthy.
We offer many types of specialty shampoos and/or conditioners depending on your pet's skin and coat needs. We have extensively studied skin and coat needs of dogs and cats and can usually recommend a solution for your pet's condition. We also work closely with your veterinarian and can follow their recommendation to best treat your pet. You are welcome to bring your pet's prescribed shampoo for us to use instead.

Casey is a proud Colorado native with a background in theater and dance and brings an artistic flair to every grooming session. Her favorite part of grooming is the creativity it allows. No two appointments are the same, and she loves tailoring each experience to the unique personality of the pet.
Her favorite breed is all of them, and she’s always ready with knowledgeable and helpful advice (like why water can make matting worse in long-coated dogs).
Casey has been part of the Heritage Pet Pack since 2011 and continues to inspire trust and joy through her craft.
Alissa brings the perfect blend of creativity and heart to every grooming session, making dogs look great and feel even better. While she has a soft spot for Rottweilers, she adores pups of all shapes and sizes and loves forming lasting bonds with both them and their humans.
Her best advice? Never hesitate to ask questions. She’s full of helpful tips and always happy to share her knowledge. Alissa recommends sticking to a 4–8-week grooming schedule to keep your pup feeling fresh and fabulous.
Since joining the Heritage Pet Pack in 2020, she’s become a go-to favorite for her warm, friendly vibe and attentive care.
Brandi’s journey in pet care began at just 16 years old, working as a bather and daycare attendant before transitioning to grooming shortly after joining Heritage Pet. Passionate about large breeds (especially Bernese Mountain Dogs), she thrives on the bonds she builds with pets over time.
One of her favorite moments is when a nervous dog finally begins to trust her. Brandi believes that grooming should start when dogs are young, so they adjust comfortably, and she is always happy to help guide new pet parents.
She’s been a valued member of the Heritage Pet team since 2014.
